Description
We seek a dedicated and professional Bell Captain to guide and oversee our Bell Attendants. This role is essential in ensuring our guests receive exceptional service during their stay. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting guests to and from the hotel to local area attractions and assisting them with recommendations for restaurants and tourist activities when needed. Additionally, the Bell Captain will support guest services operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and guide Bell Attendants to ensure high-quality service.
- Assist with transporting guests to designated locations safely and efficiently.
- Assist guests with luggage and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of vehicles used for guest transportation.
- Accommodate guests during their stay in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with front desk staff to enhance guest experience and resolve any issues.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong leadership and supervisory abilities.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and tourist activities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high service standards.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
- Must be able to work full-time hours.
