The JOB

Our Bellman Supervisor has the opportunity to provide memorable guest experiences throughout the day. As the first and last person a guest sees gives us the opportunity to set the tone for the guest experience and the opportunity to correct any issues upon departure. Positioned in the lobby of the resort, the Front Desk is a hub for guests to receive information and ask questions about the property and the local area attractions. We are looking for an individual with a dynamic personality to take ownership of guests from all backgrounds to make them feel welcome and appreciated.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required, college degree in hospitality management or related field preferred. Proficiency in front desk software and hotel management systems.
• Two to three years’ experience in a similar position preferred.
• Communicate effectively in English with guests, management, and co-workers
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Professional appearance and presentation required.
• Meet NHHR background screening requirements.
