Education & Experience:

  Prior hotel experience preferred.

  Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  High School GED or Equivalent. 

  
  

Physical Requirements:

  Ability to move, lift, carry, push, and pull objects up to 50 pounds without assistance.

  Assist with heavier items exceeding 75 pounds when needed.

  Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods or entire shifts.

  Escort guests to rooms and assist with luggage handling and storage.

  Inspect guest rooms for readiness and explain room features and amenities.

  Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and transportation options.

  Assist guests entering and exiting vehicles and arrange transportation when needed.

  Maintain cleanliness of lobby and entrance areas.

  Communicate parking procedures and assist with valet coordination. 

  
  

• 
  

  Engage guests with friendly, proactive service and anticipate their needs.

  Follow safety protocols, including hazardous material handling and lockout/tag-out procedures.

  Display professionalism and positive attitude; support team goals.

  Perform other duties as assigned by management. 

  
  

In accordance with New Jersey State Legislature  (New Jersey Legislature Bill S2310 Sca (1R)) which requires private employers with ten (10) or more employees to include a range of pay for all advertised jobs, promotion, or transfer opportunities.  This position pays $15.92 - 16.50 dependent on experience.
