Bellperson/Van Driver

Join the team at Holiday Inn Boston Cambridge Area as a Bellperson/Van Driver and play a key role in providing exceptional service to our guests. You will assist guests with luggage, provide information about the hotel and surrounding area, and ensure safe and timely transportation in our shuttle van.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with their luggage upon arrival and departure.


• Operate the hotel shuttle van safely and efficiently, transporting guests to and from designated locations.


• Provide courteous and helpful customer service, answering guest inquiries regarding hotel amenities and local attractions.


• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby, loading/unloading areas, and the shuttle van.


• Coordinate with front desk and other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.


• Follow all safety and operational procedures related to vehicle operation and guest interaction.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.


• Ability to lift and carry luggage up to 50 pounds.


• Strong customer service and communication skills.


• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.


• Previous experience in hospitality or related field preferred.


• We are looking for full-time, part-time and on-call.
