BelovED High School Soccer Coach

Beloved Community Charter School is seeking a dedicated and experienced Varsity Girls' Soccer Coach to lead our competitive program in the Hudson County Interscholastic Athletic American Division. Our ideal candidate will embody our school’s mission and values while fostering a positive and inclusive team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Directing and coordinating all aspects of the varsity girls' soccer team.
• Teaching and developing players' skills, sportsmanship, and teamwork.

Requirements/Expectations:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Prior high school or college coaching experience, with college playing experience preferred.
• Strong background in coaching soccer with high school-aged student-athletes.
• Experience in a school setting and coaching female athletes preferred.
• Availability for all team practices, meetings, and games from August to mid-November.
• Understanding of the college recruiting process to assist student-athletes.
• CPR/AED certification required before the season starts.
