Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Bench Technician to join a precision-focused team in Tulsa. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machining, manufacturing, or related work, and be able to interpret blueprints and drawings while producing accurate, high-quality components. A successful Bench Technician will be detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and eager to collaborate in a structured mentorship program.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and instructions to craft precise components.

• Operate specialized tools such as manual lathes, mills, drills, shears, rollers, and benders.

• Measure and assemble using calipers, rulers, micrometers, and other precision tools.

• Collaborate with expert craftsmen to learn and grow within a mentorship program.

• Maintain high-quality output while following all safety standards.

Requirements

• 3–5 years’ experience in machining, manufacturing, or a related field.

• Familiarity with drill guides, jigs, weld jogs, and fixtures.

• Soldering and welding experience preferred.

• Ability to troubleshoot, solve problems, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

• Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods in a shop setting.

• Experience with calipers, micrometers, scales, rulers, and protractors.
