Bench Technician

 Job Responsibilities

• Recognition and understanding of basic computer hardware


• Assist with vending installs and removals needed.


• Ability to move vending units via an appliance dolly is required.
  


• Ability to identify and troubleshoot electronics issues


• Ability to use software and identify the difference between software and hardware issues


• Ability to move vending machines via an appliance dolly


• Proficiency in reading technical documentation

Qualifications

• Ability to use MS Office suite and software to provide/receive documentation


• Proficiency in using a multimeter in electronics diagnosis


• Proficiency in software installation and verification


• Warehousing experience to keep accurate inventory of spare parts and stock


• Knowledge of RMA processing for outside repair of troubled components


• Ability to identify parts needs and forecast parts ordering
