Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 based on experience

Schedule: Full Time | M–F 8:30-5:00

Position Summary
We're hiring a Benefits Account Coordinator who can jump in confidently and help deliver a standout client experience. This role will support our senior-level Buffalo Consultant and calls for someone who sees the details, follows through, and naturally keeps the moving parts under control.
This role involves managing administrative functions, supporting client interactions, and contributing to the overall success of the consultants' books of business throughout the client lifecycle, from onboarding through renewals. As part of a company with multiple career pathways, you'll have room to explore future opportunities wherever your strengths and interests take you.
This is a hybrid position based in Buffalo, NY. Employees are expected to work onsite four days per week, with the requirement to work onsite full-time for the first six months of employment for training and onboarding purposes.

Physical Demands
Primarily office-based with regular computer, phone, and document processing activity. Occasional lifting of light office materials (up to 25 lbs).
