BENEFIT COORDINATOR NEEDED ASAP!!!
ONSITE - CONTRACT $25-$28/HR
Imprimis Group, Inc. has partnered with a non-profit organization in the Dallas area that is hiring a Benefits Coordinator. The Benefit Coordinator will support day to day operations of benefit programs (health, vision, dental, short-term & long-term disability, life insurance, travel and accidental plan, HSA, 403 (b) plan and retirement plan) including open enrollment.
Responsibilities:
- Monitors HR Helpdesk email box overseeing the distribution of daily tickets.
- Assist with organizing open enrollment meetings or webinars for employees and maintain meeting notes.
- Coordination and tracking of project dashboard for the benefits & compensation department.
- Administration of Workers Compensation, and Professional Development Reimbursement in Paycom.
- Administration and support the organization's compensation programs, including base pay, sign-on and referral bonuses, and incentive plans.
- Processing of Medical Support TX OAG requests in Paycom.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of employee compensation and benefits information.
- Communicate benefit and compensation information to employees through various channels, such as presentations, written materials, and one-on-one consultations.
- Utilize HRIS (Human Resources Information System) or other relevant software for the management and tracking of benefits data.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in HRIS and benefits administration systems, Paycom a huge plus!
- 2+ years of human resource coordination/benefits experience.
- Knowledge of employee benefit laws and compliance related to employee benefits, and knowledge of pension and retirement plan administration
- Experience with HRIS and MS Office (Advanced MS Excel)
- Familiarity with employer sponsored benefit plans and incentives
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
