  • Lead complex benefits initiatives such as plan redesign, vendor changes, renewals, implementations, system configuration, and large-scale employee communications.

  • Build and present financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses to Benefits leadership and management to support decision-making.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for complex employee, HR, legal, and vendor issues related to benefits.
  • Partner closely with Finance, Legal, Payroll, IT, and external consultants to ensure alignment on benefits strategy, compliance, testing, and execution.
  • Oversee vendor performance and governance, including managing service issues, reviewing reporting, and leading vendor RFPs and negotiations with consultant support.
  • Ensure readiness for audits, regulatory reviews, and compliance requirements by overseeing documentation, data integrity, and compliance calendars.
  • Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and risks within benefits processes and systems; design and implement improved controls and solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and knowledge-sharing support to junior Benefits Analysts to strengthen team capability and consistency.
  • Lead open enrollment strategy and execution, including vendor coordination, system updates, testing, communication planning, and employee education.
  • Own and optimize benefits-related documentation, SharePoint content, and employee-facing materials to ensure clarity, accuracy, and ease of use.
