This role is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys supporting employees through important life events while balancing operational excellence, compliance, and a broad range of HR responsibilities.

This role will report to the Global SVP of HR, and as the primary administrator for employee benefits and leave programs, you'll partner closely with HR Operations, HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, managers, and employees to deliver an exceptional employee experience. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the employee experience while partnering with a collaborative HR team. You'll serve as a trusted resource to employees and managers, help ensure our programs are compliant and effective, and play a key role in creating a positive and supportive workplace culture.

What You'll Do

Benefits Administration:

  • Serve as the primary administrator for employee benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement, and voluntary benefits.

  • Manage enrollments, qualifying life events, employee changes, terminations, and annual Open Enrollment.

  • Partner with benefit providers and brokers to resolve employee questions and ensure seamless program administration.

  • Conduct audits and maintain accurate benefit records while ensuring compliance.

Time Away & Leave Administration:

  • Administer FMLA, ADA accommodations, parental leave, disability programs, state and local leave requirements, and other leaves of absence.

  • Guide employees and managers through the leave process from request through return to work.

  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.

  • Provide compassionate, responsive support during key moments in the employee lifecycle.

HR Generalist Support:

  • Respond to employee questions regarding HR policies, benefits, and programs.

  • Support compliance initiatives, audits, HR documentation, and employee records management.

  • Collaborate on employee programs, communications, and special projects.

  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance the employee experience.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

  • 3-5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.

  • Strong experience administering employee benefits and leave programs.

  • Knowledge of FMLA, ADA, COBRA, HIPAA, and applicable federal and state employment laws.

  • Experience working with HRIS systems and handling confidential employee information.

  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism, accuracy, and discretion.

  • Ability to work on site, in our FiDi office 3 days a week.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience supporting a multi-state or global workforce.

  • Experience working with third-party benefit providers and leave administrators.

  • PHR, SHRM-CP, or similar HR certification.

COMPENSATION: 90K
