Benefits group health insurance account manager

Description

We are seeking a Group Health Benefits Account Manager to join our team! You will manage an existing book of group health accounts (primarily NJ small Groups) and offer solutions to drive company revenue.

Responsibilities:

• Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
• Manage the renewal process and keep customers aware of latest developments
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Create sales material to present to customers
• Manage enrollments using Benefits Admin software EASE and AMS360

Qualifications:

• Previous experience managing small group book of business
• Familiarity with ams360  and EASE a plus
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Creativity and a desire to improve process and results
