How you make a difference
The position entails overseeing the comprehensive administration of employee benefits, encompassing medical, dental, vision, voluntary insurance, 401(k) plans, and Wellness Programs. As the leader in this domain, the role will navigate the intricacies of benefit management, ensuring seamless implementation and adherence to regulatory standards. By spearheading all facets of benefits administration, the incumbent will play a pivotal role in fostering employee well-being and satisfaction within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee the administration of company benefit programs, policies, and procedures, serving as the primary subject matter expert.
Ensure compliance with legal requirements and alignment with employee needs by monitoring and evaluating all benefit programs.
Develop and document business processes, review and reconcile data, and supervise benefits team members to resolve issues efficiently.
Make recommendations for enhancing current benefit plans and adding new benefits, while also serving as a backup for benefits invoice documentation and submission.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors to streamline operations, resolve employee concerns, and facilitate effective communication and distribution of regulatory notices.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration is preferred
Experience
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Human Resources field with emphasis on Benefits Administration.
