Benefits Manager
to join their team.
About the Company Seeking a Benefits Manager:
Business: World renowned Private Equity Firm headquartered in Boston

Work Schedule: Hybrid with three days in office
Responsibilities of the Benefits Manager:
Administration of employee benefits including health insurance, dental, life insurance, retirement plans, disability insurance, and other related benefits
Collaborate with vendors for enrollment, changes, and termination of benefit plans
Assist in the development and communication of employee benefits policies and procedures
Conduct audits of benefit carriers
Review 5500s
Maintain benefits records and produce reports when requested
Administer and update leave requests in conjunction with management and the payroll department
Qualifications for the Benefits Manager:
Bachelor's Degree in Human resources or experience equivalent
5+ years of experience in benefits administration
Experience with one major ERP and Microsoft Excel required; experience with Workday is highly preferred
Ability to handle time sensitive and confidential information with appropriate attention
