We are seeking a highly skilled Benefits Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for researching, designing, recommending, and implementing employee benefits programs for our Long Term Care Pharmacy. You will play a pivotal role in negotiating with vendors, coordinating data transfer, and evaluating internal processes to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
Duties:
- Research employee benefits plans and vendors to identify optimal options.
- Design, recommend, and implement new benefits programs.
- Negotiate with vendors for best plans, options, and rates.
- Serve as primary contact for plan vendors and third-party administrators.
- Coordinate data transfer for services, premiums, and plan administration.
- Evaluate and revise internal processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resource management or related field.
- Three to five years of related benefits or employee benefits administration experience.
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP and CEBS professional designations preferred.
