Pay Range: $30 - $32/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

Associate or bachelor's degree in HR Management or related discipline
3+ years of HR, benefits and/or consulting experience
Working knowledge of state, local and Federal benefit laws and guidelines including ERISA, COBRA, FMLA, ADA, HIPAA, ACA etc.
Strong working knowledge and experience with full Microsoft Office suite
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong customer service skills
Familiarity with UKG (formerly known as Ultipro) human resources information system (HRIS)
Travel Requirements: Less than 5%; U.S.-based travel primarily only when necessary
