Overview of the Role:
Join one of the world's largest Battery Energy Storage System developers as a Commissioning Manager-Analytics. Lead critical testing, performance validation, and startup operations for cutting-edge Battery Energy Storage Systems and Solar Coupled Power systems. As the Owner's representative, you'll ensure compliance, safety, and optimal performance while managing contractor relationships and overseeing complex commissioning processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive plant testing, performance testing, ISO/GIA/PPA Testing for BESS and solar systems
• Manage test energy forecasting and coordinate with customers and transmission operators
• Oversee SCADA system integration and functional testing protocols
• Execute site acceptance testing and OEM testing procedures
• Perform plant balancing, capacity testing, and performance data analysis
• Support safety programs and compliance audits
• Coordinate commissioning schedules with mechanical completion milestones

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with minimum 10 years of experience
• Extensive background with Battery Energy Storage Systems (min 100MW-hr or 5 EA systems)
• Thorough understanding of Li-Ion battery technology and ESS integration
• Experience with containerized systems, SCADA, transformers, and combiners
• Proficiency in DC systems (0-2,000Vdc) and AC systems (480V-34.5kV)
• Strong organizational, communication, and strategic planning skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and SCADA troubleshooting
• Professional Engineering certification strongly preferred
