Overview of the Role:
Step into a pivotal role where you'll coordinate complex battery energy storage system (BESS) projects from early development through construction readiness. This position offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge renewable energy technology while managing cross-functional teams and driving project success in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily project activities across internal and external resources for BESS projects
• Manage highly matrixed project development teams to meet critical schedules
• Develop and optimize project technical scope for improved feasibility
• Support PPA and GIA negotiations with origination teams
• Present financial models to business units and manage executive approvals
• Competitively source and negotiate commercial contracts for critical services
• Ensure seamless project handover to Construction Project Managers

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in engineering or construction
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities
• Excellent communication and problem-solving capabilities
• PMP certification and Six Sigma experience preferred
• Renewable energy project experience a plus
