Job Description - BESS Sales

D2B Groups is seeking a motivated and results-driven BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems) Sales professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding market presence in the rapidly growing energy storage sector. You will work closely with clients to understand their energy storage needs, present tailored solutions, and close sales to meet company targets. The ideal candidate has a strong background in energy technologies, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for renewable energy.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for Battery Energy Storage Systems.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the renewable energy market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to educate clients on BESS solutions.
  • Prepare and negotiate contracts and proposals tailored to client requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project implementation and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay informed and identify growth opportunities.
  • 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in energy storage, renewable energy, or related technology sectors.
  • Strong understanding of Battery Energy Storage Systems and the energy industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build long-term customer relationships and work collaboratively within a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales management software.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
