We’re looking for a high-level Dental Treatment Coordinator who understands that great dentistry deserves great communication, and that strong presentation skills directly impact patient health and practice success.

What You’ll Do:

• Schedule patient appointments and coordinate their treatment plans.


• Verify HMO and PPO insurance coverage.


• Present treatment plans clearly and confidently, using your knowledge of dental terminology.


• Help patients find affordable options for their treatment, including payment plans and financing.


• Provide top-notch customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns.


• Keep the office organized and welcoming for our patients.

What We’re Looking For:

• 8+ years of experience as a Treatment Coordinator.


• Comfortable working with multiple providers in a busy practice.


• Available on weekends
  


• Knowledge of dental software (Open Dental is a plus).


• Spanish is a plus

Compensation & Benefits:

• $25-$33/hr DOE
