Job Summary:
Beverage driver/sales representative will be responsible for local delivery and beverage sales activities within a defined territory.
Key Responsibilities:

• Pitch the entire company’s portfolio of products in an assigned territory.
• Monitors existing accounts inventory and orders, communicating regularly with primary contacts for the account.
• Works to establish new accounts in the territory.
• Works toward increasing sales growth in the territory at an established rate determined by VP of Sales.
• Resolve customer complaints regarding sales & service.
• Stay up to date on new products and the changing needs of the market.
• Provide support to the category management team in regard to executing resets, drawing of schematics, and selling new schematics to key customers.
• Drive assigned route, delivering beer in a safe, timely, and professional manner.
• Unload product from the trailer using a pallet jack and/or hand truck.
• Check products with store personnel.
• Fill all cooler space, shelf space, and displays at the time of delivery.
• Pick up empty keg shells, damaged items, or mis-ordered products for credit.
• Collect invoices and complete detailed route paperwork.
• Rotate all products according to company standards.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

• Organized, with excellent attention to detail and customer service orientation.
• Enjoys a position where they are active and moving around often.
• Prefers a flexible, dynamic position, as this is not a 9-5 “office job".
• Ability to utilize standard hand-held computer input/output devices.

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record with no major violations.
• Must be able to lift and move cases ranging from 20 - 30 lbs. regularly, and 160 lbs. to waist level. Tasks include bending, squatting, reaching, and standing for extended periods.
• Work independently across multiple retail locations.
• Must be able to navigate with a hand truck full of products.
