We're seeking a Filler Operator to join our trailblazing team at Spacestation, where you’ll drive innovation, master high-tech equipment, and help redefine cannabis excellence. Shift : Monday - Friday 6:30am - 3pm

What You’ll Do

• Operate advanced filling systems (Express, Wildgoose, Accutek Pinch) and cappers with precision, embracing new tech to boost efficiency.
• Champion safety and quality by adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and ensuring products meet industry-leading standards.
• Perform real-time quality checks, adjust fill weights to exact specifications, and propose creative workflow improvements.
• Execute seamless package/flavor changeovers and maintain pristine equipment through Clean-in-Place (CIP) procedures.
• Collaborate on troubleshooting, minor repairs, and process innovations to keep production lines running smoothly.

What You’ll Bring

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; 1+ year of manufacturing or bottling experience (2+ years a plus); must be 21+.
• Mechanical aptitude with sharp troubleshooting skills and a knack for prioritizing tasks while maintaining quality.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and a safety-first mindset to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, adaptable attitude with a hunger to learn cannabis-specific processes and contribute to a scaling company.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a positive, innovative approach to problem-solving and process improvement.

Physical Stuff

• Stand for extended periods (75% of shift) and perform repetitive tasks with precision and dexterity.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and move objects up to 75 lbs with or without assistance in a fast-paced setting.
• Work in varied conditions (35-40°F or 75°F+), navigating damp environments, airborne particles, and chemicals.
• Climb ladders multiple times per shift and adapt to frequent interruptions and evolving tasks.
• Commit to flexible 8-hour shifts, weekends, and occasional overtime to fuel our growth.
