Beverage Operations Manager – Columbus, OH

The Beverage Operations Manager assists the General Manager in overseeing restaurant operations, with a focus on beverage quality, presentation, service standards, sanitation, and safety. This role supports team supervision, evaluates employee performance, and helps maintain efficient operations while delivering an excellent guest experience.

Responsibilities

  Assist the General Manager with daily restaurant operations and implementation of operational standards.

  Maintain high standards for beverage preparation, quality, consistency, and presentation.

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor beverage service to ensure excellent guest experiences.

  
  


• 
  

  Oversee work assignments and help evaluate team member performance.

  
  


• 
  

  Recommend personnel actions based on employee performance when appropriate.

  
  


• 
  

  Respond to guest questions, requests, and complaints professionally.

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborate with management and coworkers to support efficient restaurant operations.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain proper personal hygiene and comply with uniform and appearance standards.

  Follow applicable health, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines.

  Report unsafe conditions and ensure equipment and materials are used properly.

Qualifications

  Experience in beverage operations or restaurant management preferred.
