Beverage/Food Runner Team Member

Pirates Voyage is seeking energetic, outgoing individuals to join our Beverage/Food Runner Team. This role focuses on delivering fast, friendly service while creating a fun and memorable experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

  Provide excellent customer service and beverage service to all guests

  Create a positive, interactive, and energetic guest experience

  
  


• 
  

  Work closely with kitchen and operations teams to ensure smooth service

  
  


• 
  

  Follow all company health, safety, and sanitation guidelines

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment

  
  


• Maintain professional relationships with guests and coworkers

  Maintain regular and reliable attendance

  
  

Qualifications

• 
  

  Must be 18 years of age or older

  
  


• 
  

  TIPS Certification required

  
  


• 
  

  Strong customer service and communication skills

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to work well in a team environment

  
  


• 
  

  Previous food and beverage experience preferred, but not required

  
  

Physical Requirements

  Continuous standing and walking

  Frequent bending, lifting, and carrying up to 74 lbs
