Don't let the name fool you – this isn't a residential program. We're a community-based team providing vital support to individuals with behavioral health needs. As our Clinical Coordinator (supervisor), you'll lead a team of incredibly caring, organized, and supportive providers. You will work with an integrated team of professionals including Care Coordinators (case managers), peers, and a nurse. Together, this team supports the diverse needs of our clients. Here's how you'll make an impact:

• Guide Clinical Excellence: Provide individual and group supervision to Care Coordinators, focusing on case conceptualization, care planning, and professional development. You'll be the clinical lead, reviewing documentation and ensuring the appropriate level of care for our clients.
• Spark Collaboration: Lead engaging team meetings to discuss cases, brainstorm solutions, explore resources, and share best practices. We believe in a team-based approach, and you'll be the driving force behind the collaborative spirit of our integrated team.

General Supervisory Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations like hiring employees, approving time off, scheduling, and managing performance.
• Play a key role in employee development through coaching, mentoring, training and performance management. 
• Provide expert guidance on clinical documentation.
• Lead quality assurance activities and ensure regulatory compliance for your team, with the Quality Assurance department by your side.
• Offer consultation on challenging clinical issues to help our teams navigate complex situations.

Requirements

• Master's level clinical license (LCSW, LMSW-CC, LCPC, or LCPC-c) and a passion for behavioral health.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to be analytical, problem-solve, set healthy limits, and support a team in understanding their roles and responsibilities as providers.
• A desire to learn and grow with our agency.
• Maine Driver's license.
• 2+ years of experience in mental health, including supervisory and administrative experience.
• A passion for working with individuals facing severe and persistent mental illness.
• A collaborative spirit, ready to work as part of a caring team!
