Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain business intelligence solutions, with a focus on Tableau and Databricks platforms.
• Design and implement interactive dashboards and reports to support campaign marketing initiatives and business objectives.
• Coordinate with offshore teams to ensure seamless collaboration and efficient project delivery.
• Analyze data requirements and translate them into technical specifications for BI solutions.
• Optimize data models and queries for performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet stakeholder needs.
• Provide technical guidance and support to offshore team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve data-related problems.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in business intelligence and data analytics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 7-12 years of experience in business intelligence development and data analytics.
• Strong proficiency in Tableau and Databricks, with hands-on experience in building complex dashboards and visualizations.
• Solid understanding of campaign marketing principles and experience in developing dashboards to track marketing performance metrics.
• Proven track record of coordinating with offshore teams and managing project deliverables.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work onsite in San Jose and occasional flexibility to coordinate with offshore teams across different time zones.
