We are currently looking for a Bid Manager to join our team and take ownership of the end-to-end Request for Proposal (RFP) process across our international operations.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment. You will work closely with internal stakeholders across delivery, finance, and management to build competitive and high-quality proposals.
You will play a key role in supporting strategic deals and enabling business growth across the organization.

What you’ll do:
Own the end-to-end RFP and bid process from qualification through to submission and handover.
Lead and coordinate cross-functional bid teams across delivery, finance, sales and subject matter experts.
Analyse client requirements and shape competitive IT service solutions aligned to client needs and D-ploy capabilities.
Define proposed team structures, staffing models and resource requirements for each opportunity.
Develop pricing models and commercial proposals in cooperation with finance and SMEs, ensuring competitiveness and profitability.
Prepare high-quality proposal documents, executive summaries and client presentations.
Manage bid timelines, governance, risks and stakeholder communication to ensure high-quality and timely submissions.
Support presentations, clarifications and negotiations with clients where required.
Develop and continuously improve bid templates, tools and processes to increase efficiency and quality across the bid function.
Willingness to provide a recent criminal record extract (not older than three months).
Proven experience managing complex RFPs / bids in IT services, engineering services, managed services or consulting environments.
Experience building resource plans, pricing models and commercial proposals.
Strong understanding of costing, margin, pricing strategy and bid governance.
