Job Purpose: The Bilingual Administrative Assistant plays a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient operation of four key areas: (1) Total ownership of the Reception Area and Mail Room, (2) Administrative Backup for the Programs Department, (3) mail opening and sorting, and (4) sorting and initial processing of financial donations that come in the mail for the Development Department. This person will be responsible for providing skilled administrative support with a focus on customer service, client relations, and clerical tasks. This includes providing primary support to answering the main phones lines, assisting callers and visitors, managing correspondence, and coordinating with various departments. Additionally, this position will contribute to the success of other FBNN programs such as TEFAP, Mobile Harvest, Senior and Wellness Program, as needed by providing crucial data entry and filing. And finally, this person will support the Development Department by ensuring accurate coding and timely gift processing, which includes looking up donor records in CRM (database) to help with coding gifts.

Community Health Worker or other relevant certifications a plus

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration preferred
