Bilingual Glazing & Assembly LeadFull-Time | Crete, NE

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

We are looking for an experienced and dependable Bilingual Glazing & Assembly Lead to join a growing window and door manufacturing team in Crete, NE.

This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for helping oversee employees in the glazing and assembly department, making sure products are assembled correctly, quality standards are met, and daily production stays on track.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead and support employees in the glazing and assembly department
• Assist with the assembly and glazing of windows and doors
• Install glass, seals, hardware, and other components according to specifications
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
• Make sure production goals and schedules are being met
• Train new employees on proper assembly procedures, tools, and safety practices
• Help troubleshoot production or quality issues
• Communicate work instructions and expectations to both English- and Spanish-speaking employees
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Work closely with supervisors and other departments to keep production running smoothly

What We're Looking For

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required
• Previous experience in manufacturing, window/door assembly, glazing, construction, or a similar hands-on environment
• Previous lead, supervisor, or team lead experience preferred
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Able to read a tape measure and follow measurements and specifications
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Ability to train, motivate, and work alongside a production team
• Dependable with a strong work ethic
