We’re currently seeking a Bilingual Assistant Community Manager to support daily operations at one of our thriving apartment communities in Houston, TX. This is a hands-on, career-building role where you'll work closely with the Community Manager, upper management, and even ownership — while developing leadership and operational skills to prepare you for your next step.
$52,000 base salary + performance-based bonus

Mentorship from senior leadership and opportunity to advance into Property Manager, Regional Manager, or corporate roles
Conduct daily property walk-throughs to ensure curb appeal and operational excellence
Support leasing and marketing efforts, including tours, lead follow-up, and application processing
Assist with renewals, resident satisfaction, and retention strategies
Help manage delinquencies, collections, and account follow-ups
Monitor maintenance requests, make-readies, and supply inventory
Audit rent rolls and oversee evictions, month-to-month residents, and lease expirations
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with licenses and permits
Resolve resident concerns with a service-first approach
Submit new hire paperwork, payroll updates, and other HR documentation to corporate
Step in as acting manager when needed — gaining valuable leadership exposure
Fluent in English & Spanish — required
Experienced — 3+ years in on-site property management or leasing
Comfortable supervising teams or coordinating day-to-day site operations
Proficient in ResMan or similar property management software
Strong with communication, budgeting, and multitasking
Detail-oriented, dependable, and great at follow-through
Ambitious and ready to grow into a leadership role
