Bilingual Auto Claims Adjuster (Remote) - Hiring Now

Our client, a reputable TPA is in search of a proven BIPD Claims Adjuster to join their team for a temp-to-perm opportunity!

Position Location: 100% work from home (NOT REMOTE, must act as if wokring a fully on-site role, needs to wire in/ethernet, no wifi)

Job Type/Duration: Temp to Hire

Pay Rate/Salary: $34-$40 ($34/Hour for someone with 3 years of experience, $40/Hour for someone with 7+ years of experience)

Responsibilities:

• Maintain current claim metrics to ensure effective claims management.
• Handle a caseload of up to 150 pending claims, demonstrating proficiency in both English and Spanish or Portuguese.
• Establish facts of loss, conduct coverage analysis, and determine compensability/liability/negligence.
• Coordinate medical care when necessary and manage litigation processes.
• Assess damages, negotiate settlements, and identify potential fraud.
• Conduct timely and appropriate reserve analysis.
• Attend conferences, client meetings, and provide mentorship to other adjusters.
• Assist management as requested and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Handle all file management within state statutes, Client Claims Handling Guidelines, and the client’s Best Practices.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 2-year degree or higher preferred.
• Must possess, or have the ability to obtain, a Florida Adjuster’s license or other required jurisdictional licensing.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to direct litigation.
• Interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
• Ability to work independently with excellent organization and time management skills.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to explain and respond appropriately to auditors, clients, and potential clients during presentations.
