Located in Tinely Park, IL , this position offers a competitive compensation range of $80,000 to $150,000 per year, with payments made weekly. We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about sales and vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and provide tailored recommendations.


• Demonstrate expert knowledge of Toyota vehicles, features, and financing options.


• Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to final purchase.


• Maintain excellent customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.


• Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed dealership sales goals.


• Stay up to date with industry trends and product information to effectively convey benefits to customers.

Requirements

• Proven experience in automotive sales or a related sales environment.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to build rapport quickly and work well within a team.


• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.


• Basic knowledge of automotive financing and leasing options is preferred.


• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
