Bilingual Automotive BDC Agent

Sullivan Motors is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Bilingual (English & Spanish) Automotive BDC Agent to join our growing team and serve as a Pre-Approval Specialist. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers—handling inbound/outbound calls, responding to online inquiries / credit applications and helping create exceptional guest experiences. Your communication skills and ability to connect with customers will play a key part in driving sales opportunities and maintaining our reputation for outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer calls, emails, and website inquiries promptly and professionally.


• Make outbound follow-up calls to set sales appointments.


• Communicate effectively with customers.


• Maintain CRM records with accurate notes and follow-up actions.


• Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure smooth customer hand-offs.


• Meet or exceed daily/weekly appointment and contact goals.


• Provide product information, payment options, and dealership value propositions clearly and confidently.


• Deliver an exceptional customer experience at every touchpoint.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish


• Previous BDC, call center, automotive, or customer service experience preferred but not required.


• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.


• Comfortable with phone-based work and high call volumes.


• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment.


• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.


• Positive attitude, reliability, and a team-oriented mindset.
