Capital Automotive Group is growing, and we're looking for an energetic, motivated Bilingual Automotive Fleet Account Representative (Inside Sales) to join our expanding Fleet Management team in Raleigh. This is a fast-paced, high energy inside sales environment where attitude matters, effort gets noticed, and your earning potential is in your hands. 

We're looking for our next phone warrior - someone who isn't afraid to make the call, build relationships, overcome objections, and turn conversations into opportunities. What You'll Be Doing

• Build relationships through 50-70 outbound calls each day. 


• Connect with business owners and fleet customers to understand their vehicle and fleet needs. 


• Communicate with customers in both English and Spanish to provide a welcoming, personalized experience. 


• Generate new business while strengthening existing customer relationships. 


• Manage your pipeline and follow up using our CRM. 


• Collaborate with an amazing team that celebrates wins and supports one another. 


• Deliver exceptional customer service from the first conversation to the final sale. 


• Hit goals, earn bonuses, and grow your career.

We're Looking For Someone Who...

• Is fluent in English and Spanish and can confidently communicate with customers in both languages.


• Loves talking to people and genuinely enjoys being on the phone. 


• Is competitive, goal-oriented, and motivated by performance. 


• Brings positive energy, confidence, and a great attitude every day. 


• Thrives in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.


• Has excellent communication and relationship-building skills.


• Takes ownership of their success and isn't afraid to hustle. 


• Has previous sales or call center experience (preferred).


• Has automotive experience (preferred but not required).


• Has experience with VinSolutions or another CRM (a plus).
