Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in both English and Spanish throughout the vehicle purchase process
• Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate Toyota vehicles
• Guide customers through test drives, financing options, and closing sales
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Toyota models, features, and promotions
• Contribute to a positive team atmosphere and uphold Performance Toyota Fairfield’s reputation for excellence

Qualifications:

• Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written)
• Previous automotive sales experience preferred, but not required
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Driven, goal-oriented, and willing to learn
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Performance Toyota is a drug-free workplace
