BoatJunkie Sales and Service is seeking a DRIVEN BILINGUAL Sales Consultant to join our Sales Team.

Ideal Candidate must be fluent in Spanish, have genuine passion for boating and a strong understanding of boats and industry. They will be efficient and proactive in their responsibilities and aid in achieving company goals by ensuring 100% customer satisfaction while complying with company procedures.
As a Sales Consultant, you will effectively engage customers in a professional and exciting boat buying experience while providing outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities:
· Deliver outstanding customer service while serving customers in a professional and knowledgeable manner.
· Actively reach out to and connect with as many customers as possible in the community.
· Listen to, and actively engage with qualified customers in order to find solutions that meet their specific watersports needs.
· Implement a proactive follow-up system to nurture leads and maintain relationships with existing customers.
· Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
· Stay connected with what is going on in the boat/watersport industry including events, contests, boat shows, etc. and passionately disseminate this info with customers and leads to generate interest in our products.
· Effectively explain manufacturer warranties and dealership service procedures and policies.
· Understand and comply with federal, state and local regulations that affect the new and used boat sales and financing.
· Assist and participate in special events including boat shows, auctions and any other on or off-site promotions.
Requirements:
· Bilingual Skill is Required (English - Spanish)
· Proven sales experience, preferably in the marine industry or a related field, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
· Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, allowing you to connect with customers, understand their needs, and deliver tailored solutions.
· Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to build rapport and guide customers through the sales process.
· Self-motivation and a results-oriented mindset, coupled with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Excellent organizational and time management skills, enabling you to prioritize tasks and handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.
· Familiarity with relevant computer software and tools to manage customer relationships and track sales activities.
