Description
This position is responsible for developing and executing the branch sales strategy within the framework of the Bank’s overall strategy and operational objectives. The Branch Manager develops and manages business and consumer relationships while providing an exceptional customer experience in and out of the branch. The Branch Manager develops and leads a team of employees to ensure the Banks sales, service and operational requirements are met. The Branch manager should lead and motivate staff and provide an atmosphere where innovation and creativity are encouraged. This position requires the employee to be registered as a mortgage loan originator with the National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS)
