Bilingual Brand Ambassador

We are looking for a few energetic extrovert people person types that love to chat and inform people of ways to better their lifestyle by taking transit and ridesharing. Bilingual Spanish/English-speaking candidates are preferred. Events take place Monday through Sunday at various times anywhere from 3 to 8 hours per event, under safe COVID guidelines and best practices. No set hours per week, frequency of events varies.

The brand ambassador would be expected to:

• Pack for events to make sure the appropriate promotional materials are ready to go


• Travel to client/community sites for promotional and outreach activities


• Engage in community and employer outreach at client tabling and special events and educate attendees about the client’s unique products, services, and promotions


• Support the Marketing and Events Specialist as needed with onsite logistics


• Be nice, friendly, and professional, and play well with others


• Communicate to the client account managers about event activities and provide event recaps

• Must have own transportation to and from events

Experience:

Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
