Bilingual Call Center Clerk

South Plains Rural Health Services is looking for a Bilingual Call Center/Data Entry Clerk to help patients connect with the care they need. This position supports our medical team by answering calls, scheduling appointments, updating patient records, and preparing information for patient visits.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday


• 8AM-5PM

What You'll Do

• Answer incoming calls and help patients with questions or direct them to the appropriate team member.


• Schedule appointments with medical, dental, and behavioral health providers.


• Enter and update patient information accurately.


• Prepare and review medical charts for chronic care patients.


• Provide information about SPRHS services and assist with insurance claims.


• Protect patient confidentiality in every interaction.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED.


• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.


• Strong communication and customer service skills, especially over the phone.


• Ability to use computers and standard office equipment.


• CPR or Basic Life Support qualification.
