Job Summary:
We are searching for polite, professional Bilingual Collection Representatives to represent our clients professionally by providing remarkable service to their customers via phone. Collection Representatives will handle third party collection calls to customers. Collection Representatives may handle a high volume of inbound or outbound calls and should seek to create a positive experience for each caller.


Responsibilities:
  • 100% Work at home.
  • Target Hire Date: Friday May 24th, 2024 (dependent on background and drug test clearance)
  • Required Virtual work schedule is Monday - Friday , 7:00am - 3:30pm PDT
  • Paid Virtual Training is 1 week , 7:00am - 2:00pm PDT
  • Representatives place outbound calls to debtors regarding outstanding debt.
  • Handle inbound outbound calls while collecting payments.
  • Build lasting relationships with clients, customers, and other call center team members based on trust and reliability.
  • Meet department productivity and quality standards.
  • Record customer information within our customer service database.
  • Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner, while actively listening to their concerns.
  • Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company’s customer service policies.


Requirements:
  • MUST RESIDE IN ARIZONA, USA IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED.
  • MUST BE BILINGUAL IN SPANISH (SPEAKING AND WRITING).
  • At least 6 months or more Collections experience preferred.
  • 1+ or more years of previous Call Center experience and strong Customer Service experience preferred.
  • Must have ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Must have excellent voice quality and present a professional demeanor and ability to maintain a helpful/knowledgeable tone on all calls handled.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced digital environment
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Physical attendance is key to success and necessary to meet objectives
  • Criminal Background check and drug test is required.
To be considered for a Work at Home (WAH) position, the following criteria is required.
  • A dedicated workspace that is located within your own residence that is quiet, a place you will not be disturbed and where there are no noises from your surroundings during work hours.
  • We provide the equipment while you work for us.
  • Equipment will be mailed to your home.
  • Must have stable Wired Internet connection (no wireless).
  • The modem/router must be able to directly connect to PC during working hours.
  • Minimum 10 Mbps download / Minimum 5 Mbps upload speed
Education Requirements:
High school diploma, G.E.D., Trade/Vocational School certificate or equivalent required.


Physical Requirements:
Occasionally exert up to 10 lbs. of force to push, pull, lift or otherwise move objects. Have visual acuity to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data; and/or viewing a computer terminal. Speak, listen, type and/or sit for extended periods of time.
