The Opportunity
Description

We're looking for a Bilingual Clerk, working in the Healthcare Systems & Services industry in Tampa, Florida, United States.

Call members to complete health assessments over the phone.
When forms are mailed backed, scan and check for completeness and make follow up calls to the members as necessary.
Complete 20 forms/day over the phone.
Deal with Medicaid members with chronic issues.

Experience Required for Your Success

1+ year of call center and data entry experience
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Healthcare experience is a plus
