As our Clinic Operations Specialist (COS), you will serve in a multi-skilled role that is the first point of contact for patients while supporting front desk operations, medical records, referrals, and clinical workflows. You will be organized, an adaptable team member who enjoys learning multiple functions, taking ownership of your work, and help keep a busy clinic running smoothly.

Job Profile:

What You Get to Do:
Front-Desk Ambassador: Warmly welcome patients, manage scheduling and walk-ins, verify insurance, and collect co-payments to ensure a smooth, positive first impression.
Operational Team Player: Serve as a central hub for patients and staff, collaborating closely with providers, nurses, and MAs to keep daily clinic workflows running seamlessly.
Detailed Records Specialist: Accurately manage patient charts, process referrals, and secure medical records requests with strict attention to privacy and detail.
Proactive Care Coordinator: Review schedules, confirm appointments, and keep patients informed while independently prioritizing competing tasks throughout the day.
Vaccine & Compliance Steward: Safely monitor vaccine storage, log temperatures, and process incoming shipments in full regulatory compliance.
Clinic & Inventory Manager: Maintain stock levels, order essential medical supplies, and keep work areas clean, organized, and fully prepped for patient care.
Compensation: Approximately $22.05 - $27.93 per hour. All individual pay rates are calculated based on the candidate's experience and internal equity.
What We Need for this Job:
Bilingual in English and Spanish.
High School Diploma or GED.
Attention to detail: Consistently accurate work, catching errors before they impact patient care
Teamwork: Collaborate with others to support patients and shared goals
