Position Summary:

Caretech is seeking a dynamic Bilingual (English/Spanish) Community Liaison to represent our agency throughout the state of Nebraska. This individual will be responsible for strengthening Caretech’s presence within both the English- and Spanish-speaking communities through relationship building, lead generation, and local recruiting efforts. The ideal candidate is a connector — someone passionate about community impact and skilled at identifying opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Community Engagement & Outreach

• Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, area agencies on aging, and additional referral partners.


• Represent Caretech at local events, health fairs, networking groups, and cultural gatherings.


• Develop outreach strategies specifically targeted to the Spanish-speaking community to increase awareness and trust.

Lead Generation & Inside Sales

• Identify, track, and manage referral sources and incoming leads to meet monthly growth targets.


• Conduct home visits or consultations with families and clients as needed to explain Caretech services.


• Manage new client leads from initial inquiry through client onboarding.


• Maintain accurate tracking of referral sources and conversion data 

Recruitment Collaboration

• Partner with the recruiting team to support caregiver hiring needs.


• Attend job fairs and local events to promote open positions, especially within bilingual and Spanish-speaking populations.


• Develop referral relationships that can yield caregiver applicants from within the community.

Marketing & Brand Promotion

• Assist with the creation and distribution of bilingual marketing materials and social content.


• Offer insights from the field to help shape culturally informed campaigns and messaging.


• Serve as a local ambassador for the Caretech mission and values.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) is required


• Previous experience in healthcare, home care, marketing, outreach, or community liaison work is preferred.


• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with cultural sensitivity and awareness


• Strong organizational and follow-up skills; ability to work independently in a fast-paced field role


• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required


• Familiarity with AxisCare or similar systems is a plus


• Prior knowledge of Medicaid Waiver programs, Area Agencies on Aging, or veteran programs is helpful
