Bilingual Customer Representative - Entry Level

Responsibilities for our Entry Level Bilingual Customer Representative: 

• Develop relationships directly with the customer by being friendly, courteous, empathetic, and professional
• Provide education to customers on products and services we have to offer through in person interactions
• Guide customers through the enrollment process to ensure their qualifications and eligibility 
• Work within a team environment and communicate effectively with both customers and team members
• Answering questions that may arise from customers and report directly to management if unsure 

Entry Level Bilingual Customer Representative Qualifications:

• Minimum of a High school diploma or equivalency
• 0-2 years of experience in customer service, enrollment, sales, retail, or community relations role is preferred 
• Strong desire to help customers
• Capable of juggling multiple tasks and problem-solving
• Engaging and enthusiastic demeanor 
• Being bilingual is a plus, but it is not required to qualify for the position
