We're looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Agent to be a vital part of our fast-paced freight forwarding and logistics team in Commerce, CA. If you thrive on providing top-tier service and have a passion for connecting with people, this is your chance to shine.

Pay: $18-20/hr | Job Type: Full-time, Onsite | Location: Commerce, CA | Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

As a key player on our team, you'll be on the front lines, helping our diverse clients navigate the complexities of global logistics. You won't just be answering calls—you'll be a problem-solver, a trusted advisor, and a crucial link that ensures our clients' shipments arrive on time and without a hitch. Your ability to communicate fluently in both English and Spanish will be essential in building strong, lasting relationships.

What You'll Be Doing

Are you the one?

  You're fluent in both English and Spanish.

  You have at least 2 years of business to business customer service experience, plus for experience in logistics or transportation.
