What You do:




  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone. Assist customers and Representatives with order processing, including order entry, tracking, and returns. 



  • Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers and Representatives. 



  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and concerns with empathy and efficiency. 



  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer problems. 



  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions as appropriate. 



  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to ongoing initiatives to enhance the customer experience. 



  • Meet or exceed performance metrics related to response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction. 



What You Bring



  • Fluent in Spanish, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with reps and cross-functional partners.

  • Ability to sit for extended periods and perform physical tasks, including lifting and carrying items weighing approximately 30–50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.

  • Ability to bend, reach, stand, walk, and move with agility throughout the workday.

  • Basic math skills to support inventory tracking, order verification, quantity counts, and shipping accuracy.

  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality.

  • Effective organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Effective time-management skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment




Schedule




  • Full-time on-site position, Monday through Friday 1:00 PM -10:00 PM

  • Occasional overtime is required.
