Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Service Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Spanish and English, with a passion for helping customers, closing sales, and building long-term relationships. You will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting with product inquiries, resolving concerns, and offering relevant products and services to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats in both Spanish and English  

- Provide product/service information, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction  

- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services  

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system  

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently  

- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and company policies  

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)  

- Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and verbal communication)  

- 1+ years of experience in customer service and/or sales  

- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills  

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment  

- Proficient with computers and CRM software  

Preferred Skills:  

- Experience in a call center or similar environment  

- Experience in Food and Agriculture, Health, Wellness or Nutrition

- Positive attitude and team player  

- Upsell and cross-sell products to meet or exceed sales targets

- Closing deals effectively  

- Confidence in presenting products/services

- Handling objections professionally
