The Opportunity
Description
We're looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative , working in BPO industry in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, United States .

Respond to telephone inquiries and complaints using standard scripts and procedures.
Answer questions regarding child support payments posting, payments disbursement, and account histories.
Define or resolve inquiries received either through written or telephone correspondence.
Gather information, research/resolve inquiries and logs customer calls.
Communicate appropriate options for resolution in a timely manner.
Inform customers about services available and assess customer needs.
Maintain updated records and logs.
All other duties as assigned.

Experience Required for Your Success High School diploma or GED.
1+ year in telephone customer service or related experience.
Excellent communication skills.
Must be able to speak Spanish.
Knowledge of the use of PCs and related software
Experience in data entry (alpha and numeric) or with a 10-key calculator with minimal error ratio.
