We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual who is fluent in both English and Spanish. The Bilingual Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing top-notch support to customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience across all interactions.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in both English and [second language].
- Assist customers with product/service-related questions, concerns, and issues, striving for first-call resolution whenever possible.
- Provide accurate information about our products/services, pricing, promotions, and policies.

Qualifications:
