District Manager – Lopez Auto Insurance

For over a decade, Lopez Auto Insurance has been a trusted name in providing reliable insurance and exceptional customer service. We’re seeking a bilingual District Manager to lead multiple store locations, drive performance, and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee 10–12 store locations, ensuring strong sales, service, and operational performance


• Lead, coach, and develop store managers through regular visits, meetings, and training


• Analyze performance data and P&L reports to drive growth and profitability


• Support recruitment, staffing, and employee engagement initiatives


• Conduct business reviews and ensure compliance with company standards


• Travel regularly across assigned locations
  

What You Bring

• Bilingual (English & Spanish) – required


• 5 years of multi-store leadership experience


• At least 1 year of sales experience
  


• Proven skills in sales, coaching, and customer service


• Strong communication and analytical abilities


• Proficient in MS Office and business tools


• Flexible and results-driven mindset


• TX Property & Casualty License (preferred)
